AtlasMarque

London is where we sit. It is not where the work happens.

Atlas Marque is a market-entry firm for consumer brands. We are based in London because that is the most useful place to run a cross-border practice from, not because we only serve British brands.

What we are

A single team covering strategy, retail and distribution, paid media and press. Brands usually assemble those four functions from four suppliers in three time zones, and then spend the first six months translating between them. We removed that step.

We work almost entirely in beauty, wellness and fashion. These are categories where credibility is the constraint rather than awareness, where regulation differs sharply by country, and where the people who decide whether a brand gets shelf space are a small and knowable group. That specificity is the whole value. A generalist firm would need a quarter to learn what we already know about a category buyer in Munich.

We are not an export agent, and we are not a creative agency that also does international. Export agents move boxes and do not care what the brand means. Creative agencies build beautiful launches on assumptions nobody has tested against a margin model.

How we work

One market at a time. Sequencing beats breadth. A market done properly funds the next one and produces clean data. Five simultaneous entries produce five half-funded launches and no usable conclusions.

Margin before media. We model the margin stack backwards from shelf price before anyone talks to a buyer. If the numbers do not work at the terms a retailer will actually offer, no amount of good advertising fixes it.

Honest timelines. The Gulf takes twenty to thirty weeks. France takes a season to build relationships. We would rather lose a pitch on timeline than win one and miss it.

Twelve months minimum. Shorter engagements are campaigns. We do not take them, because the brand ends up carrying the consequences of decisions we made and then left.

Working with us

Engagements are retained monthly against a defined scope, with a review gate each quarter where either side can stop. We do not take equity or revenue share, because both create pressure to keep a market alive past the point where we should be telling you to leave it.

The first conversation is a scoping call. We will ask about the brand, the target market, the stock position and the budget. If the answer is that you are not ready, we will say that, and it costs you nothing.

Thirty minutes, no deck, and a straight answer about whether the market you are looking at is the right one.
